My mortgage company (CITIMORTGAGE) is not paying my tax bill. The money is in escrow, the error has been spotted and documented in a case number by customer service.

I paid the bill myself, because it is over six months late and I risked being put on the TAX SALE foreclosure list.

Should I be worried that they are going out of business? Or is this a computer glitch?

How do CMO’s differ from any other mortgage-backed bundles? I know fannie mae finances primarily by selling the latter, so what is the benefit in CMO’s in comparison to them?

I have €10,000 loan from college and a car. I have 3 yeasrs to pay it off. How do I begin the mortgage climb? What do I need to do to get a mortgage? How long do I need to be saving with a building society etc any advice greatly appraciated. Oh by the way I’m single, and earning just over €42,000 a year in a permanent pensionable job. Ireland only please.
